How Does It Work?

• If you experience an issue with your nippers due to a manufacturing defect, contact us at Torrbrooknc@gmail.com to begin a warranty claim.
• For blade replacements, simply cover the shipping cost, and we’ll send you a brand-new pair of cutting blades.
• Replacement blades can also be found under our Accessories section on our website.

What’s Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
• Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the performance of the product.
• Loss or theft of the product.
